If the 3rd party dll was made specifically to be used
with sqr, putting the location in the ini file will work.
However, it seems unlikely that this would be the
case.

You will probably need to make a "translator" dll
which tells sqr about the calls you will be making.
See the examples in ufunc.c (unix) or extufunc.c
(win/nt).
