Check your Process Type for "SQR Process" and "SQR Report" in Process
Scheduler, and also the process definitions in process scheduler.
Chances are that you're not providing the input parameters that SQR is
asking for, more specifically the process instance, oprid and run cntl
id. You can verify that more easily by looking at run control parameter
tab when you double-click the process in process monitor window. -XCB
will not help in this case if SQR requires an "INPUT" parameter and it
hasn't been provided at the command prompt.
