thousand and decimal symbol, edit mask

Hi everybody,

I work with SQR3 and Unix OS.

I would like choose my thousand and decimal symbol or my edit mask for a
numeric?

example:
9000000 to 9.000.000
or
9000000 to 9'000'000
or
9000000 to 9 000 000

Can you help me?
