Would there be any interest out there in setting up a chat group either
through IRC or ICQ for this? I know that might be hard to get past some
proxy managers, but hey its for a justifiable purpose.  IRC is a better
medium for group chatting, but ICQ is better for fast notifications and
probably easier to get past the proxy cops ;).  Feel free to email me
