Hi ,
I am in the process of writing a picking sheet report for a warehouse. It
needs to generate 10,000 - 30,000 reports in 8 hours.
As a result performance is a major issue. I will be greateful if you SQR
gurus out there can give me some tips and advice on performance during
development of SQR (v4 for UNIX on SYBASE):
In general, is it faster to perform calculations within the SQR code or
faster by calling store procedure on SYBASE server?
Any tips and advice would be welcome!
