Franck -
I checked out the site, however I found no discussion of the SQR language or reference materials on the SQR language.
It was unclear from the discussion of VisualSQRIBE or PowerSQRIBE exactly what they were. Are they new IDE's and/or debuggers for SQR?
Thanks,

Hi,
If you want to compare SQR and Actuate, use the last version of SQR
version 4.3 not the version 3.0 to make your opinion.
SQRIBE product cover lot of fonctionnality you are expecting from a
reporting solution .
- developp report using graphical interface
- provide report with table of contents
- provide report with hyperlink ( report surfing)
- produce HTML or PDF report
- analyse you data with OLAP tools
- publish your report on your intranet with security
- provide java API
- ........
look to our web site : www.SQRIBE.COM
or send an email to sales@sqribe.com .
Our vision of an enterprise reporting solution is different from ACTUATE
or other reporting software company.
THE NEED OF A USER IN AN ENTERPRISE IS TO FIND EASELY AND QUICKLY THE
INFORMATION/REPORT HE NEED FROM ANY DESKTOP AT ANY TIME WITH A UNIFIED
INTERFACE.
It does not need to find a SQR report from an SQR repository, it need to
find a sales report that all (it is may be a nvision or crystal or
......).
To accomplish this :
- We use the intranet technologie to distribute report
- We provide an enterprise report referenciel that facilitate the user
to seach and view the report he needs.
- the report can be produced by any tools ( nvision, actuate, SQR,
Crystal, BO,......)
- they can be static or dynamic reports
- All the enterprise users have access to the report they need from any
departement in a secure way
- it can be static or dynamic report
- Only a browser without any plug-in is required
- any desktop can view report ( Windows 16 bits, unix, os2,....)
