Help, SQL buffer to small; Use -mfile to increase buffer size

I am getting this error when I am making and additional call to
the job table.   I get the entire job record and then I want to
goback to get additional information just 3 fields from a prior record.
on the job table i am using key fields, emplid, date

How do I fix this ?
