Dominick,

Wordpad is interpreting the pagebreak for you into a special character (isn't M$ sweet?), thus never sending the actual page break code to the printer (do you see a little box where a pagebreak should be?).  If you send the file to the printer using the dos 'print' command, novell's nprint command or something like the 'programmer's file editor' (sheesh I sound like a commercial) it'll send the page break codes through to the printer and you'll get your page breaks where you expect them to be.  :)
