"duplicate message" errors

As many of you have noticed, for the past couple of months the sqr-users
list server has been sending confusing errors back to people who have sent
messages to the list.  Some configuration error on usa.net caused the list
server to receive two copies of each message sent; the list server rejected
the second one, saying (correctly) that the message had already been
distributed.

Yesterday, I finally managed to talk to someone at Internet Express who was
able to fix the problem; messages posted to the list should no longer get
these "duplicate message" errors.  (Let me know if you do continue to get
them.)

Sorry for the confusion this problem has caused....
