ORA-03121 error

I just installed a copy of SQR3 Workbench v.3.5 for Windows/Oracle.

I am running Windows NT 4.0 and Oracle v.7.3.

I am unable to connect to the database.

I first was receiving a "Can not find file ORA7WIN.DLL" error so I
obtained a copy of ORA7WIN.dll, COREWIN.DLL and USDMEM.DLL and I no
longer receive this message.

I now receive an "ORA-03121" error when trying to connect using
ReportMate and
(SQR 5528) ORACLE ORLON error -3121 in cursor 0 when using SQR
Workbench.

Any help would be appreciated.
