Have you actually *converted* the bitmap file or simply renamed it? I've
not used Visio Pro, so I don't know if it actually traces a graphic and
converts it to vector graphics format. More likely, it simply places a
bitmap inside a file with an .eps header--an .eps file can contain both
vector and bitmap content. One way to check is to compare file size. A
bitmap with an .eps file header will be larger than the original .bmp
file; further, a .eps file of a simple vector graphic (such as a logo)
will likely be noticeably smaller than a .bmp file. I probably haven't
solved a thing, because it seems like your basic issue is printing
bitmapped graphics. At least you won't go down any more blind alleys.
