Alan,
Have you been able to log into PeopleSoft at all? If you can log into
PeopleSoft, then it is a setup problem with SQR.
I have not installed the HR 7.5 Single User version yet, but in prior
versions, you may have had to use a utility called SQLEdit. It should be
found in the SQLBase directory. What it does is it edits SQL.INI.
In the past, when you could not open the database, you would edit the
SQL.INI settings for SERVER by using SQLEdit. Choose the proper
environment, SERVER = Server, Action = Configure.
In the directories section, type in the path of the database.
Then goto Database and Protocol Configuration Options and click on the
"Setup" button.
Then, click on "Scan for Databases" and then click OK.
Just a thought...

Subject: Problems with SQR installation for HR 7.5 Single User
I am encountering problems with installing SQR 4.2.3 via the PS HR 7.5
Single-User disc.
It seems that the SQR executable does not recognize the existence of
the HRDMO database. When running SQR and keying HRDMO on the database
line, I am encountering a message stating that the database cannot be
opened.
Prior SU installs pre-populated the database name on the SQR run
panel, but now it comes up blank.
FYI, the installation was performed using the Windows 98 OS. I have
also taken all the known environment variables defined in the Process
Scheduler configurator (e.g. DBBIN, TOOLBIN, etc) and placed the setup
values into AUTOEXEC.BAT. This did not help.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
