Look's like TNSNAMES.ORA file is not setup properly. Try connecting using
SQL*Plus and you might get an appropriate message.

Hi everybody,
                               My customer is using SQR 3.0.18.1,
PeopleSoft ver 5.12, Oracle 7.3.4 on Windows NT.
We are trying to install SQRW on one of the clients and when we run an SQR
and click on the OK button, we get the following error:
 SQR 4701           Cannot logon to the database.
SQR 5528 ORACLE ORLON error ORA-12154 in cursor 0:
 Error while trying to retrieve text for error ORA -12154

The SQRDIR is set in the SQR.ini file. The path has the ORACLE bin
directory and the pstools.ini also has the SQRDIR set correctly.

I have no more ideas on how to proceed. So any suggestions or thoughts will
be greatly appreciated.
