It has been rumored that Hijaak Pro does handle HPGL format.  It the past,
it was noted on this list that this was a Quarterdeck product.  It is no
longer a Quarterdeck product.  It is now supported by IMSI.  You can find
out more at http://www.imsisoft.com/hijaak/hijaak.html.

This page states that  HPGL (HP 7475A Plotter I think) is supported.

There is a minor problem with HPGL, but there is a workaround located at:
