Have your dba verify that the database you are trying to connect to is setup
in the tnsnames.ora file.  If you want to verify this yourself,
this file is located in the \orawin\network\admin directory.  The database
may be set up in the tnsnames.ora file, but with a name that differs from
the actual sid name.
