Did you try printing the logo without the graphic box around ?!! 
And for the image-size parameter..... do you have a declare-layout section to
determine the line-height and char-width?!! I guess this would be necessary.

Even after doing this, I still get a grey box on my report.

Can anyone tell me where I am going wrong?
