I'm not sure if this help at all. If you are running inside PeopleSoft
you can setup specific SQR flag for each of your report through its
process definition under SQR Flags with the action of Append. The
appended SQR Flags will only effect the SQR report that you define and
will reset the SQR Flags to the default when the user run a different
SQR report.
