If you want to post the report information itself, rather than example
images, and have one of the later versions of SQR (which we wouldn't know,
since you didn't mention which version you have) you might want to check
out the HTML output option (which has gotten *very* good).

An spf file is in its own format.  It's a special SQR-viewer-
printer-independent format.  The .lis file is in the format specified by
the "-printer:" flag (lineprinter, HP, or PostScript).  Try -printer:ps on
the command line and run GS on the .lis file.
