we have the same problem, but already solved.
We do a setup with the wizard of visual basic 5.0 that setup our
application and the insqribe controls.  But in some pc's dont register
fine.

The first solution that we have was ran setup of cd insqribe.  That
solved out problem.

The second solution came with a service pack for Visual Basic and run
the wizard that do the setup.exe of our application.

If you use visual basic and do a setup then install the service pack of
visual basic number 3.
