Thank you all so much for the replies & information, you  were most
helpful.
I just checked the PS-USERS & PeopleSoft Fans sites & I'm sure they'll both
have very helpful hints.

The PS Customer Connection is OK, but the PS website is painfully slow when
it comes to loading the pages & navigating.  I also find that people get a
lot more insight, different points of views and ideas from a relatively
informal and non-moderated forum like this one.
