I don't know if your message got a reply, but here's one.

ALTER-PRINTER doesn't support what you're trying to do, but
you might be able to use PRINT-DIRECT PRINTER=PS to inject
the appropriate postscript command into the output file.
Unfortunately, I don't know the correct postscript to
inject for your particular printer.  This should be described
in the techical manual (or postscript supplement) for your
printer.
