Re: SQR for ODBC connectivity

Tom,
at my company we are using SQR 4.3.2 for ODBC in an Windows NT environment.
We soon ran into problems when calling stored procedures and I had a rather
lengthy conversation with the technical support department at SQRiBE. They
had no solution for us. Here are what they finally said:
Me:
"Our systems need ODBC 3.5 to run. Doesn't SQRW.EXE support ODBC 3.5? If
not, when will it do?"
SQRiBE Technical Support:
"I don't think we ever will because there are too many problems with it."
To me it seems like SQRiBE has given up ODBC as a supported method to access
databases.

Fredrik Mansfeld
