Brian,
Check the manual for your Kodak 92p printer. Our Panasonic
postscript printer has a few special postscript commands
for changing trays, etc., and I have been able to inject
these into the resulting output file using PRINT-DIRECT
PRINTER=PS.
As for the overlay, have you tried using GRAPHIC BOX before
printing the text?
