Ravi-
              If you are using PeopleSoft then it depends on which version.
If you are using ver 5.12 then go to Administer Personnel,Administer U.S.
Personnel, Use and  Hire. Then enter data into the various panels in that
panel group.

If you are using ver 7 then, go to Administer Workforce, Administer
Workforce(U.S), Use and Hire.
