Fonts & Appending reports to each other

Hello,

I have a few questions about SQR v4 if anyone can help.

I would like to use italic fonts in my reports and my printer has italic
versions of most fonts installed.  Where does SQR get it's font number
(e.g ALTER-PRINTER FONT=902) and is it possible to get a list of all
usable fonts and there corresponding number.

Also, what is the best method for creating a single report created from
running 2 or 3 separate SQR programs.  The report I wish to produce
consists logically of 3 different reports.  These are stored as separate
SQR programs for ease of maintenance.  I would like to create one report
with contigious page numbers if possible.
