Re: Corrupt message file: Invalid count

My experience with that has also been the SQRDIR variable being set wrong in the SQR.INI file. Our SQR.INI file consists of the following:
[Environment:Common]
SQRDIR=r:\donorprd\sqrbinw
[Environment:Oracle]
SQRDIR=r:\donorprd\sqrbinw
For users who also run HR SQRs, sometimes the SQRDIR can be set to r:\hrmsprd\sqrbinw If this doesn't match the line for the Oracle Environment then we get a corrupt message count. We usually just edit their .INI file for them and fix it. I am not sure where the SQR.INI file gets its values from. Anyone?
Hope this helps a little.

A few of our users are getting this SQR error when they try to run reports
through PS Process scheduler.
What, other than the SQRDIR environment variable being wrong could cause
this?
