Sorry, the fieldname is OUTDESTTYPE on PSPRCSRQST.  (I was looking at
PSPRCSRUNCNTL earlier which has it as OUTPUTTYPE.)  PSPRCSRQST is the
better of the two tables to fetch it from since the row there is
unique to the individual run of the SQR program.
