Convert SPF files to Word or Excel

Is it possible to convert a .SPF file to a Word or Excel file? With SQRWV
3.0.18.1.1 we can see the SPF file generate by SQRW but we can't export it
to a word processor for customization. Does anyone know a tool to do that?
