Salim,
   I wrote one using SQR (not GUI)... It's extremely effective... It
expands nested includes, prints Routines/Subroutines... then produces
Process Flowchart... It's included in the SQRUG Links Section... You can
download at http://www.erols.com/tdelia/sqr.html
I'll be adding some enhancements like a Variable/Synonym Cross-Reference
