We use a conbination of methods. My current client has an environment set
up where almost all report processing is done via a batch flow in the
evening. Reports are routed via internal mail delivery to their desired
location (all reports have a banner page identifiying who receives the
copy). In addition, most reports are viewable from a web browser. The
restriction of who can see what reports is handled using the operator class.
