Print Reports

Hello everyone !

        I am in search of some guidance as to how to implement a procedure
to provide reports to our general population.
        How do any of you currently provide reports to different departments
where you work?
        Does someone run all requested reports the night before or during
the day and all .LIS files are provided on a network drive
where everyone can get to it?  Of course, sensitive data will not be allowed
to be seen by those that are not allowed access to see it.
        Or do you allow users access to PeopleSoft and generate the
available reports that they have access to via security?
        Did you query the work populace to determine who will be eligible to
submit and review LIS files?
        I have written SQR's to provide 3rd party interfaces and generate
the associated report via process scheduler for the functional
areas of BenAdmin and Finance but now I am looking to provide daily
reporting to everyone else.
        HELP !!!!!!
