A Peoplesoft question on working with Workflow

Hi,

My sincere apologies to those who don't like to see Peoplesoft
questions.

I'm trying to implement Voucher Payment Approval using Virtual Approver
in Payables in Peoplesoft v6 for Public Sector. I get an error with a
return code of 19 when I run the Database Agent VCHRPAY from Workflow
Administrator - Process - Database Agent.

If anyone has any experience with this, kindly help. I'm stuck coz I
don't know what return code of 19 means. Peoplebook talks nothing about
it.
