Date format

Hi !!

My client just moved from Unix platform to a Windows NT platform. They are
using SQR with PeopleSoft ver 5.12.
The SQRs that are doing a select from the PeopleSoft Oracle database used
to produce dates in the format DD-MON-YYYY (4-digit year) on the Unix side
, since the NLS_DATE_FORMAT (native database date format) is set to
DD-MON-YYYY.

After they moved to the Windows NT side, the select statement is producing
dates in the DD-MON-YY format  even though nothing has changed.
