desperate for help on graphs

Hello,

I.ve tried everything sofar but no success. We like to have a graph with a line on zero when the y-values are all zero.But SQR doesn't seem to understand this, it prints just the title but no X-axis or Y-axis with a line on zero. Anyone knows how to solve this problem.
Second problem, when SQR prints the x-axis values vertical. It is in a opposite direction of the y-axis labels. Is it possible to change this??
