FTPing from SQR

Hi,

I have a job that creates a file.  Once the file is complete I need to
FTP the file to a remote machine.  I would like to have the same SQR
job either actually FTP the file, or call a batch file (or something)
to handle the FTP.  But, I'm not sure how to do either.  Can anyone
give me a hand?  Thanks in advance,
