Jonathan,

I can think of two factors that may contribute to your print issue:

1. The font type that you're using may not have bold face available
2. I am not sure if you have done this yet, but you need to declare your
printer
    as well.
    - keep in mind though, once you declare your printer, you will be able
to do bold face, box, underline etc...but
      the flat file generated will be viewable only if you print it out
(unless you use a viewer).
