Could we resolve this issue...once...instead of everytime a posting occurs?

In the last set of responses to the question of whether job postings should
occur here, it appeared that the majority of users didn't mind it and many
actually appreciated them.  Even 'serious technical users' like to know what
is happening in the field, how competitive we might be, and how to remain
competitive.

It was requested that the person posting the position identify the content
in the subject line, so those who don't want to be bothered can just
automatically delete the message without having to open it first.
