You are right, this is a common error and one that's been discussed from
time to time on this list.

I have just completed a first, rough draft of a HOWTO document that attempts
to explain the cause of this problem and some possible solutions.  It's
available at http://www.sqrug.com/~ftp/docs/sqr-windows-printing-howto.html.

I'll be trying to clean up and complete the document over the next few
weeks, so I'm looking for feedback on it.  (Please send feedback directly to
me, not to the sqr-users list.)
