Thanks to all those who participated. Based on these results I've decided that the initial release of SQR Tree for Windows will not drill down into Include files. This will mean I can get it out to those that asked for it much quicker, and now makes the release.....imminent. I will endeavour to include the "include" functionality in the near future.
As an aside, I'd be interested in people's opinions on what approach I should take for determining the paths for looking for included files. My SQR3 manual says the -i switch will provide a list of paths to search if the include file is not in the current directory and not explicitly pathed(?), but that doesn't really help me as I'm running my own exe not SQR. PeopleSoft provide 4 sqr directories in environment variables but they appear to be proprietary in name so I'm guessing it's not universal.
The only thing I can think of is to provide a setup field in my program where the user can specify a list of paths to search. Any other ideas?
