If you're working with Oracle,  and especially with PL/SQL the you've go to
try TOAD!
(Tool for Oracle Application Developers).   It's better than SQLTalk,
Quest, SQLNaviagtor, SQLStation, SQL*PLUS and.... its FREE!!  check it out

it's by far the best tool for developing...
