<FIELDNAME2>

FROM <TABLENAME>
WHERE <FIELDNAME> IS NULL

END-SELECT

Try that.  You can also try:
WHERE <FIELDNAME> = ''

I need to select rows from a table using begin-select based on a
criteria that one particular column has a null value. How can I do that?
