My guess is you need to downsize your -M file a bit or upgrade the
memory on your machine.  When you created the -M file, what method did
you use?  When I have a condition that requires an -M file, I increment
it in the smallest possible amount until it runs and then add 10% of the
difference between the standard settings and the new settings.  There
may be other ways (some people just double the setting), but this has
worked for me - that way you get the memory resource allocation you
need, but you don't waste it.
