Not a whole lot you can do with this except remove the formatting. It
has to be kept in the file in order to allow it to be copied to the
printer and retain the formatting. And yes it muddies up the
viewability of the .lis file.
If you eliminate the bold and font controls, and the declare-printer and
use the old method of just sending all your formatting in the
begin-setup, you get a readable file, but no pretty-printing. Your
choice.
