Show and display will only show up in the communication box, which you
probably have turned off using the -xcb parameter.  To see them at run
time, you have to remove the -xcb parameter from the SQRW command line
and display the communication box.  You then will see the DOS Console
window, which is the only place SQR can show its displays and shows.

NOTE:  The reason for this is that SQR, contrary to common belief, is
NOT a Windows program.  SQRW is a Windows front end that kicks off the
real SQR as a DOS program.  That is what the communication box is.
