I always like to see several perspectives on the same topic.

As to Sqribe documentation, it sucks.  And so does Peoplesoft's.  Any
tool can be better utilized if there is a variety of documentation.  The
bare minimum is a tutorial and a reference manual.  Unfortunately, it is
too easy to suspect that most software companies have discovered that
the more inadequate the documentation the more money they can make by
offering 'training classes'.
