Multiple SQL Servers?

Is it possible to write a SQR to query multiple SQL servers, or is there
a library of some kind that provides this functionality? Both servers
would be Sybase. OmniConnect may be an option, but I'd like to know if
this can be accomplished with what is currently in place in my
organization.
