At the risk of adding 1 more email to this subject:

We go through this whole about job adds stuff once every 3 months or so.
So far, under the banner of spam-killing, I've seen at least 3 times more
messages about job adds clogging this list than I've seen job adds
themselves.

Was the original point not to limit non-technical emails?  I take this to
mean job adds and emails about job adds.

So far, 2-3 job adds/week does not clog anything.  Delete functions do
exist on browsers.  The spam haters can also take their discussion
out-of-list as well, by now you know each other.

In the meantime, if someone wants to spawn a new thread and/or site, by all
means do so, it's a good idea.
