If you were a duck and for reasons of vanity you had your regular bill replaced with one made from a number of exotic materials but unbeknownst to you one of those materials was impregnated with gelignite particles and it exploded in a public place causing substantial damage to both you and the surrounding area and the police were called in to investigate, they would write a "bill of materials explosion report"!
