Fellas, this is too much to bear. (Re: PeopleSoft Opportunities)

I understand that this mailing list tolerates a fair
amount of unsolicted recruitment efforts.  However,
poorly-targeted SPAM is not acceptable, and I hope
the majority of this list agrees.  Below is a piece of
mail I received from a barely-ethical recruiter who is
culling names from the list.

I think it's clear to most of the readers that I don't have
any relevant PeopleSoft experience, so I wonder how he came
to this conclusion?  In any event, this individual's practice
is unethical to me.  I'm hoping most of you agree.
