Updated SQR Ref Cards at Ray Ontko site

SQR-USERS,

For those of you who use our on-line SQR reference card, we have
added new cards for version 3 and version 4.  The URLs are:

We've added information to help indicate which features were added
in which release of SQR and a lot of other details in addition to
bringing the cards up to date.  Let me know how they can be improved.

P.S. We don't yet have printed versions of the version 3 or version 4
reference cards.  When we do, I'll let you know.
